Dear dA, I am back Yes, you read that right: I am back. My computer FINALLY stopped being an idiot and let me log in! Wow, so much stuff to talk about, where to start...
Well, first of all, I am two months into my senior year of high school, and I have to say, it is still very strange to me. Sure, I go around saying "I'm a senior" to the underclassmen and all, but I still miss my friends that have graduated--either back in June for a few years ago, I miss them.
Speaking of college, I have been accepted into the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire a few weeks ago!!! (This is the college I have been wanting to go to for the longest time.) So now, I am currently filling out housing forms to get my dorm assignments and whatnot. 8D
There are some down-sides to high school this year. As I said before, I miss my friends that are in college every day. Granted I have Facebook, but not very many of them are on it as often as I am. Plus, I have noticed that a LOT of people that seemed extremely nice the past few years of high school have become complete douchebags. It's not just the seniors, but the juniors and sophomores, and most of the freshmen are awful (but they're freshmen and really, who gives a shit about them? Hehehehe) So...I just want out of high school. Right now. But I have to wait another 28 weeks before that happens...fuck.
But, one good thing is that the marching band I am in this year won the Wisconsin State Music Association State Champion title for the third year in a row. ANDANDAND--I got to ride on top of a firetruck through Main Street back to my school when we got home! I was on the front page of our local paper, looking like a complete jackass, but who cares? I was happy.
So, that's about it. Oh, one more thing--there will be artwork momentarily on here, but I need some time to think of some stuff to work on. It shall be on here shortly. Other than that, it's good to be back, and I hope everyone is well and happy. Peace. :3
